Can I pick up my order?
Shop online and pick-up in-store. Click & Collect is available for free on all products and bikes. You can also select a pick-up time when ordering. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
BNG Sports offers shipping within Australia only. Some items due to State, Territories and National legislation cannot be transported through our delivery provider. This includes (but not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols, butane, blades, first aid kits, matches or any dangerous articles.
Please note that orders placed after 11:00am on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
How are bikes shipped?
All pre-assembled bikes will undergo a comprehensive safety check in-store before being re-boxed for shipment. Please note that assembly will still be necessary upon delivery. As a result, the packaging may display different branding or labels than the original. For advanced models, we strongly advise having your bicycle assembled by a qualified mechanic or at a reputable local bike shop.
Certain freight providers may not offer direct delivery to rural addresses, and customers may be required to collect their items from the nearest courier depot.
We ship select brands across Australia. Some bike brands cannot be shipped to customers because of supplier restrictions. Please call us for assistance with non-shippable bikes.
Pick-up is also an option for bikes (for customers located within a 145km radius from BNG Sports). This allows you to buy your bike online and collect it at BNG Sports. Prior to collection all bikes are fully assembled and safety checked.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48hours of the order being placed. Delivery times can vary depending on the size of the items ordered, with bulky goods taking longer than smaller items. The below delivery estimates* are calculated from time of dispatch:
Brisbane area: 2 - 3 business days
Sydney: 3 - 5 business days
Melbourne: 3 - 7 business days
Other regional centres: 2 - 7 business days
South Australia, Tasmania, ACT: 3 - 7 business days
Western Australia/NT: 7 - 10 business days
Other rural/remote destinations: 7 - 10 business days
*During peak order times delivery times may take longer due to courier delivery loads.
Can I return my purchase?
Returns must be lodged with BNG Sports within 30 days of receiving your item. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Products must be unused, in their original received condition, including all tags, accessories and packaging.
We recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post and include original or a copy of receipt with your order. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return for your return to be processed.
All bikes are exempt from refunds and returns. Please refer to the Australian Consumer Law Refunds and Returns Policy for more information.

In 2004, BNG Sports was born, bringing world renowned brands into Australia for the first time. Seeing opportunities in their home town of Townsville, Ben and Glenda opened their first retail outlet in Railway Estate in 2007. Today their business resides in the Hyde Park Centre.
