Allows BackStage, MonoRail, SplitRail and WestSlope racks to fold flat on vehicles with spare tyres, tailgates, and van doors. Works well for other rack brands including Thule ® Yakima ® & Kuat ®.

- For 2” hitch receivers
- Reduces hitch receiver’s weight rating by 50%
- Ideal for vehicles with spare tires, recessed hitches or van doors
- Includes locking hitch bolt and standard lock pod
